I joined a course called biodesign, and there we were divided into groups. My group project was about wearable ecosystem where the device could identify different aspects of the environment such as air quality, sunlight, radiations of electronic devices, temperature and contaminations using an ecosystem which can self organize itself. Our plan was for it to be incorporated into wearable devices such as watches or necklaces. The benefits would be that it is sustainable, it could detect environment without depleting it as we’re using natural ecosystem, it interacts with people therefore they use less gadgets, and it gives a special identity label as it is a unique product. These pictures were taken from our first presentation.
